Which Products Should I Use
Are you new to Hammer Nutrition and not sure which products to start with? Here is a very quick guide and while not set in concrete, will give you a starting point. You can mix and match all the Hammer products, but its important that you don't end up consuming too many calories overall. See the Usage Guidelines below for how much of each product you need to use and check out our suggested Nutrition Plans to see how it all fits together.
